Suicide By COP?

Ok, lets blame the Police once again. he family is mad at the Police because of the way they handled the situation. Hey! Wake Up! If the family acknowledges the mental problems their relative had, then why did they allow him to have a gun. Why did they not try do keep him from entering the streets armed? He was found at a school. Good thing it was a Sunday and school was not in session. Come on people, its not the fault of the Police. Are they supposed to let a deranged man with a gun take the first shot? I think not!
